Privacy Notice — Inventory Waitlist

This notice explains how Inventory handles personal information when you visit our coming-soon landing page and join the early-access waitlist.

1. About this waitlist and how to contact us

Inventory is an early-access project operated from Singapore. For privacy enquiries, access or deletion requests, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. The form also asks you to agree to receiving Inventory launch and early-access emails by ticking a consent checkbox. Mailjet manages our contact list and may record your subscription status, signup time and information necessary to manage the subscription. We do not ask for your name.

If enabled in our form settings, we may associate advertising campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content with a signup to understand which campaigns attract interest. Carrd and Mailjet may also process technical information needed to operate and secure their services, such as IP addresses, browser/device details and server logs.

This waitlist does not ask you to create an Inventory account, choose a password, or upload possessions, receipts or documents.

3. Why we use this information

We use waitlist information to record your interest in Inventory, assess demand for the product and the effectiveness of our advertising, manage the waitlist, answer your enquiries and support the website's operation and security. We are not currently sending waitlist emails. If we decide to send early-access or launch updates in future, we will use your signup choice for that purpose.

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription. We will not use your waitlist signup as permission for unrelated promotional mailing lists.

4. Providers and international processing

The landing page and signup form are hosted by Carrd, and the email waitlist is managed through Mailjet. These service providers process information to operate the website and manage signups. Depending on their infrastructure and subcontractors, personal information may be processed or stored outside Singapore. International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

5. Cookies and campaign measurement

We have not intentionally added a TikTok Pixel or other Inventory-operated advertising or behavioural-profiling tracker to this waitlist. We may use campaign information included in the link you visit to measure which advertisements result in signups. Carrd and Mailjet may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and secure their services. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent required by law.

6. How long we keep information

We keep waitlist details while they are reasonably needed to manage early-access interest and launch communications, unless you request deletion or applicable law requires or permits a different period. We periodically review whether the waitlist is still needed. Deletion from provider backups may follow the provider's established retention schedule.

7. Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your waitlist information, or withdraw permission for future updates, by emailing [email protected]. You do not have to wait to receive an email to request removal. We are not currently sending waitlist emails; if we send promotional or launch emails in future, they will include a way to unsubscribe. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act where relevant.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable steps appropriate to this limited waitlist, including selecting established hosting and email-service providers. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this notice as the project or the services we use change. The revision date above will reflect the latest published version, and we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
